Apostle J. L. Payne, Bishop of COGIC, International, and the

for man. The Bible is our guide and map to God's foundation of ministry. The
scriptures attest this in it entirely. We, in the New Testament Church sustain
these facts by practicing its precepts, instructions, and rules based on the
apostolic order and practice. We subscribe to the New Testament’s church
principles.”
The text for the ‘Five Ministries’ in
Ephesians 4:11 must be studied, understood, applied and practice for God to save
a people working out His purpose in the earth today! The recent elections are a
clear call for God’s people to wake up and remain a voice in the 21st
century.
In
Ephesians, the apostle Paul states that God gave a five-fold ministry gifts to
the church: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. In the
Churches of God in Christ, International, we have established these ministries as the
Leadership of our Lord’s Ministry today. We are offering education to our
leadership, their churches and teaching for every level of churches ministry,
providing important and vital mentoring from our Chief Apostle J. L. Payne’s support with his books and personal presence as he
participate with us in this urgent development of the church in this hour. We
now see this as a profound mission and a prophetic word from God in these last
days; “God promises to restore the years the enemy have taken from us.”
