Bishop J. L. Payne was born the year Bishop C. H. Mason built Mason Temple in Memphis, Tennessee, year of 1940. He now represent a branch of the true COGIC'S spirit, message, burden and the church's passion under which he was born into Christ in the USA. Bishop has brought to our attention the New Testament's church pattern, order, structure and message.
